KS-I, Keratan sulphate

Used in the screening and diagnosis of Morquio A syndrome (MPS IVA). Validation of an LC-MS/MS assay for detecting relevant disaccharides from keratan sulfate as a biomarker for Morquio A syndrome.^1,2
