Used in the screening and diagnosis of Morquio A syndrome (MPS IVA). Validation of an LC-MS/MS assay for detecting relevant disaccharides from keratan sulfate as a biomarker for Morquio A syndrome.^1-3

To reconstitute: Tap vial gently on bench. Remove crimp cap and stopper. Add sterile MilliQ water (or equivalent, amount as per accompanying CoA) and swirl gently until clear solution obtained. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C or in small aliquots at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
