How can I buy?
We have two ways that you can purchase goods through GlycoFineChem

• International customers (outside of New Zealand) can order through our online store, payment is by credit card we use PayPal to process our credit card transactions

• If you are a New Zealand customer or have a special order requirement you contact us through our online form to place your order

How do I buy through your Online Store?
If you are an International customer (outside of New Zealand) then you can order through our online store. To order you need to select the chemical you wish to purchase. You can search our chemicals from our A-Z product list or by searching our categories. When you have viewed the details and selected the quanity of the chemical you wish to order you need to click the 'add to cart' button. When you have finished shopping you then need to proceed to checkout where we can take your delivery and payment details.

You will receive confirmation of your order to your email address from GlycoFineChem and PayPal.

How can I access my account?
To access your account you need to have created an account with GlycoFineChem first. You can do this by creating a new account here.

Once you have created your account you can access your order details by logging in with your 'Username' and 'Password' in our log in area. Once logged in you need to click on 'My Account'

How do I use my account?
Your account keeps a record of your online orders. You can open past orders to view details, print out order details for your records, change your email address or change your password to your account.

When you place an order with GlycoFineChem you will not have to keep entering in your personal details when buying online or filling in a form. We keep this information and pre-populate it into our forms. Please read our Privacy Policy to find out more information about how we use your personal details.

We do not have access to your credit card details, these are processed through PayPal.

We use PayPal to process your online credit card transactions.
